1. Who this applies to

These terms govern your use of Function ("the platform"), operated by Function LLC. By creating an account, RSVPing to an event, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Hosting events

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, compliance with local laws, and the safety of their events. Function is a platform that connects hosts and attendees — Function does not organize, supervise, or guarantee any event.

4. Payments

Paid tickets are processed via Stripe. Function charges a 5% + $1 platform fee per paid ticket, in addition to Stripe's processing fees. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

Listing fraudulent, illegal, or unsafe events
Harassing other users
Circumventing platform fees
Scraping or reselling event or attendee data

6. Termination

Function may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
