Refund Policy

1. Host-selected policy

Each host picks one of three refund policies when creating a paid event. The policy is shown to buyers before checkout and must be acknowledged.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Platform fee

Function's 5% + $1 platform fee is refunded along with the ticket price when a refund is issued.
